Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Remark Posting, a social media scheduling service operated by Remark Creative Limited ("we", "us"), New Zealand. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What Remark Posting does

Remark Posting lets you plan, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We act as a tool that publishes content you have created and explicitly scheduled.

3. Your account

• You must be 16 or older to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• You must give us accurate information.

4. Your content

You keep full ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content to the platforms you authorize us to publish to — nothing more.

5. Platform rules

When you connect a TikTok, Meta, or YouTube account you remain bound by those platforms' own terms and community guidelines:

We may suspend or terminate accounts used to violate those rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Remark Posting to:

• Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Manipulate engagement metrics (likes, follows, comments) artificially.
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
• Post content you are not authorized to publish on behalf of the account owner.

7. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year. You can cancel any time from workspace settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not refund partial periods.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Social platform APIs may reject, delay, or remove posts for reasons outside our control.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical.

10. Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or content rejected, delayed, or removed by a connected platform.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
